Sandy Wexler | Official Trailer [HD] | Netflix

Adam Sandler has had what you can call if you like a fall from grace. Sandler has hand some turkeys in the last few years. The movies that he is doing now are being done for Netflix. Yeah his work can be a bit offensive at times. I still get a kick out of his films. Okay so some do suck balls but I can still find a giggle ever so often.

So after watching this trailer for his next film coming to Netflix I will check it out.

In the 90’s one man ruled Hollywood with an iron fist. Sandy Wexler was not that man.

Movie Monday: Alien Infinity

Today’s short film is a animated short from Darkus Marque. As he describes on the YouTube page is was a projected that was worked on between January 2015 and August 2015.

The story is about a group of ex-military and ex-law enforcement teams that are now ‘solve problems’. They are sent to Beta Terran to find out why contact with Beta Terran has stopped. This opening episode, since it is stated at the end that there would be more. The episode rings of parts from ‘Aliens’ and also some of the feel of ‘Alien 3″. It is fun to see the use of the 20th Fox logs at the start. The animation reminds me of the TV show ‘Reboot’, stiff and clunky. Now this is not a shot at the film maker as all his work was done from free sources around the net. I did enjoy the film. The film does jump around but still I was interested in watching it to completion.

So take few minutes and have a look.

Movie Monday: The Amazing Spider-Man(Short Film)

Spider-Man has a fan base all over the world. We sometimes forget that. This short shows that no matter what language or country the web crawler has many fans.

‘A short film that I and a few others made as a school project. The idea was to make a film with special effects, so we did a movie about Spider-Man! I was mostly the cameraman and handled all the footage and I did some of the effects(which was done in Adobe After Effects with a lot of green screen material), and you could say I was also the “Spider-Man expert” while making this film.’

Movie Monday: J1

“J1” is about the first android with AI is built by Humachine & Co. There is a slight problem as he suddenly awakes and begins to have memories deciding to go in search of his creators!

I am not sure of the purpose of the robot was in this short. The film never really give you the idea that this robot does have AI. Also was these robots created for war? On it’s travel back to  find it’s creators it comes across another robot and they fight? No real reason but they do. This short wasn’t bad but I really was not involved.  But hey take a look, you may enjoy it.

~ Ok so I finally got around to uploading the first two episode (they’ve been sitting on my hard drive for months). I realize that nothing about this video is excellent and many things are flawed, and while it’s very amateur I’m still proud of it. I hope everyone can enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. ~
