FROM THE DESK OF SANDY WEXLER: CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM THE DESK OF SANDY WEXLER

Attention Future Hollywood Superstars,

So you think you got some chops, kid? You give ‘em the giggles down at the 4-H club, you make ‘em clap till their hands hurt at the local-yokel talent show. But do you have what it takes to crack the most exclusive client list in Tinseltown? That’s right; I am holding an open casting call for one amazing performer to join my all-star team at Wexler Management, which I humbly consider to be the world’s premiere collection of entertainment talent. The winner will be personally represented by me, show business legend Sandy Wexler, at a reduced commission rate (zippo). And how about this – we haven’t even started working together yet, but I’ve already gotten you a gig: a walk-on role in a new movie starring Adam Sandler that will appear on the Netflix streaming internet data programming service.

Auditions are now open to the general public at large through www.wexlermanagement.com.  My people tell me this is a world wide website where you can “upload” a video of yourself which showcases your dazzling talent. Now listen to me; by talent, I’m not just talking about acting – it can be anything you do that is spectacularly entertaining as long as it’s not dangerous, life threatening to others, or xxx-rated. You can also enter the contest by uploading your video on the Twitter or the Instagram using #SandyWexlerContest.

Quite frankly, this is the chance of a lifetime. As your manager, I’m not happy unless you’re happy. So what do you say we get happy together?

Thank You,

Sandy Wexler

President, Wexler Management

The official contest launches on March 27 and the deadline to upload your video audition is April 7.  The public will have the opportunity to vote on the Top 20 videos starting April 10 and on April 14 we will announce the winner. The grand prize is a walk on role in Adam Sandler’s next film!

All details of the contest can be found at www.wexlermanagement.com

Sandy Wexler | Official Trailer [HD] | Netflix

Adam Sandler has had what you can call if you like a fall from grace. Sandler has hand some turkeys in the last few years. The movies that he is doing now are being done for Netflix. Yeah his work can be a bit offensive at times. I still get a kick out of his films. Okay so some do suck balls but I can still find a giggle ever so often.

So after watching this trailer for his next film coming to Netflix I will check it out.

In the 90’s one man ruled Hollywood with an iron fist. Sandy Wexler was not that man.

The Trailer Park: The Cobbler

Hey Gang

Adam Sandler has not have a good run of movie lately and yet I do still love watching his films.  Well except for the one where he played his sister. Still can not bring myself to see that one. But with this new trailer I may want to see this one. If it is in the theater or not well that I will decide later. But I did like this trailer is funny.

Synopsis:

“Max Simkin (Adam Sandler) repairs shoes in the same New York shop that has been in his family for generations. Disenchanted with the grind of daily life, Max stumbles upon an heirloom that allows him to step into the lives of his customers and see the world in a new way. Sometimes walking in another man’s shoes is the only way to find out who you really are”.

The Trailer Park: Men, Women & Children Official Trailer #1

Hey Poppers

Welcome to the Trailer Park. I hope to with this new addition to the cafe I can bring you some of the new and maybe old trailers that make their way onto the net. Trailers are themselves an art form where some great work is done. In a 2 minute or so span they have to convey the tone and look of a film with the hopes you will want to spend you cash on them.

So the first trailer I have for you is “Men, Women & Children”

‘MEN, WOMEN & CHILDREN follows the story of a group of high school teenagers and their parents as they attempt to navigate the many ways the internet has changed their relationships, their communication, their self-image, and their love lives. The film attempts to stare down social issues such as video game culture, anorexia, infidelity, fame hunting, and the proliferation of illicit material on the internet. As each character and each relationship is tested, we are shown the variety of roads people choose – some tragic, some hopeful – as it becomes clear that no one is immune to this enormous social change that has come through our phones, our tablets, and our computers.’

I have to tell you Poppers this one kind of hit home at the moment. Social media is starting to drive me up the wall. If it is this trailer may have you wanting to see this one.

Enjoy
