I will admit that I was not a huge fan of Rap when it first arrived. I was a old school dude. I grew up in the 80’s listening to well to be honest, I can not remember. But lately I have open to all kinds of music. I like what I like and I I have come to appreciate The Beastie Boys. This one I really like.

The video has Al Green doing his hit “I’m Tired of Being Alone” with Chicago. This song makes me feel happy and sad at the same time. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Welcome to the Music Store and the song playing in the store today is She Makes Me Laugh from The Monkees. That is right gang The Monkess from the TV show. If you want to The Monkees could be considered the first boy band as the group was created for TV. The group though created for TV were still a group.
Just like the modern boy bands they were created to entertain and The Monkees did that. Though only on for 2 years the group released some great music. I always felt they never got the respect they deserve. The release of their latest album GOOD TIMES the band is finally getting that respect.
“She Makes Me Laugh” is the first single of that album.
