BBC America has release a teaser for the upcoming three-night mini-series.
In the Flesh tells the story of Kieren Walker, a teenager that is not comfortable with being one of the undead. Kieren committed suicide four years earlier and along with others began to rise from the dead. After months of re-rehabilitation and medication, the zombies now known as PDS (Partially Deceased Syndrome) are return to their family’s. There they meet family and community rejections along with haunting flash backs of what they did while in full zombie.
I have to say this is a new treatment on the zombie craze that is sweeping the nation and I am looking forward to seeing it. Leave it to the British to come up with something different. Oh now will I get to see it on BBC Canada or find it floating on the web. I think the web will have it before we poor slobs in Canada get to see it.
The special will begin Thursday, June 6, 10:00 pm. Hell that is tonight.
